Step-by-step Guide on How to See Memories on Snapchat

Where can you find the Snaps you saved to your Memories? 

You can find the Snaps you save to Memories by swiping them from the Camera screen. 

Step 1: Go to your Snapchat app and find the Camera screen

This is an easy step that you can complete within seconds. 

• Find the app on your smartphone and launch it by tapping. You will find the Camera screen first thing as the app launches. 
• Next, find two rectangle signs on the screen. 
• It will have a small scenery, and you can find it on the Camera’s left side. 

If you are a new user, you will sadly not have Snap memories already present for your viewing. But this is a great guide for future reference. 

• Sign up using your email ID, set up a password, and fill in all the information you are asked for. These can include your date of birth. 

You are a Snapchatter but are logged out of your account.  

• If you are an existing user but have been logged out of your account, fill in your details and start using the app now! 
• You will need your username or phone number registered with the account. 
• Then, enter the password associated with your account. 
• You are now logged into your account! 

I am going back to the steps of finding memories on Snapchat. You can find the Camera button on the bottom center of the screen. Right next to it, on the left side of the screen (when the device is facing you), will be the Memories button.

If you use Snapchat on your PC, you will use Snapchat’s web version. This way, you can view your memories on a screen different from your smartphone. Here are all the steps: 

Step 1: Go to web.snapchat.com in a web browser of your choice. 

You will be redirected to Snapchat for the web version. 

• If you have not previously used the web version, you must log in using your username, phone number, and password. 
• Using the app’s web version allows you to download your entire “Memories.”

Step 2: Click on the profile picture or Bitmoji 

You will find this in the top-left corner of the screen. 

• When you tap on the Bitmoji avatar you have created, you will see a drop-down menu in front of you.

• Alternatively, if you do not want to download the data for a particular date range, toggle off the switch near “Filter your export by date range.” 
• Select the date range if you want a particular duration of Memories with you or skip to the next step if you want all data to be exported.

• Under the date range setting, you will find the “Confirm your email” option.
• Click on “Submit” after you have entered the email id. You will see it as a blue button or green if you have Tritanopia. 
• You will receive a download link using the same email address.

You can find the requested data under “See exports.” Download the data by clicking on “Download.”
