Instagram’s New Creation Tools For Stories And Reels To Engage Creators More Pumping Up The Holiday Season

As we approach the holiday season, Meta tries to amp up its features and engage creators more. The platform wants creators to come up with more posts during the holiday season. One of the major advancements toward optimizing user engagement is new creation tools brought by Instagram for stories and reels.

On November 15, Meta shared “New Ways to Create Content on Instagram.” Meta says,

We’re always trying to build the best tools to help creators express their creativity, connect with their audiences and feel supported on our apps. Today we’re sharing a number of improvements to reels, feed photos, carousels, and stories, as well as new insights to help you better understand how your content is performing.

So, what are the key updates Meta has shared? Let’s have a look.

  • Making videos and editing individual clips will now be easier with new undo and redo tools.
  • There will be a new media clip hub. You will be able to use a clip with audio from there and add it to your reels for making memes.
  • You will now also find updated fonts and texts. Further, you can use text-to-speech voices in your reels and stories to make them more engaging.
  • You can transform a part of any photo into a customized sticker. This will make your reels or stories funnier.
  • In addition, you will get new photo filters. You can use them in your standalone or carousel posts to depict your mood.
  • There will be features like replay and a new retention chart. These elements will help you analyze your performance better.

It’s obvious that people are going to take to social media more during the holiday season. They are going to share more posts, and creators will be looking for more engagement with the followers. So, Instagram is trying to seize all the opportunities.
